Senior Loan Consultant, Tim Kay, is a charismatic and loyal businessman with 15+ years of experience in the mortgage industry. Tim truly believes that home ownership is one of the best financial decisions his clients can make. His loyal past client base is a growing testament to Tim's trustworthy and client-driven work ethic. Although Tim grew up in the small western Kansas town of Greensburg, he has liven in Kansas City for nearly 20 years. He graduated form Kansas State University with a bachelor's degreee in Economics. Tim is a proud parent and an active memeber of Hope Lutheran Church as well as an avid fan of the Chiefs and Royals.
